In 2023, Hagaberg strengthened its presence in Finland-Baltic by recruiting Sami Mäkelä as Area Sales Manager. He has joined the team rich in experience from the industry and a strong commitment to delivering first-class service.

Sami Mäkelä has over 18 years of experience in sales with a primary focus on fork positioners. During this time he has witnessed the progress of the industry and developed a passion for delivering high quality service and creating positive customer experiences. This, combined with a significant technical background, is a recipe for a steady and reliable presence for Hagaberg in Finland and the Baltics.

Tessa is Hageberg’s newest employee and has immediately taken on an important role with great dedication. It is Tessa you will come into contact with regarding all matters concerning purchases but also customer service errands.

Our Lotta Skönvall has recently gone on parental leave and has guided her into the role as a purchaser at Hageberg.

Once again, it’s time to inform you of the summer schedule for production and customer service. A sign that spring is here and that the holidays are approaching!

Summer schedule

• Production is closed for holidays and maintenance from July 10 to August 7 (weeks 28-31).

• Spare parts are sent twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Customer service

• Monday – Thursday 08:00-16:00 (lunch 12:00-13:00)
• Fridays – closed

Enjoying this wonderful time of the year, at the same time as the workload is heavy to be ready in the production before the summer holidays, is a challenge. However, beautiful weather and warm and light evenings will make this countdown easier.

The E series Marine is part of the E product family and has its natural habitat in corrosive environments. The attachment is specially modified to withstand continuous exposure to the corrosive effects of salt water. Being resistant and strategically reinforced, the series becomes a long-lasting application in corrosive environments.

The Hagaberg E product family consists of fork positioners with sideshift, very well suited for dirty environments. The forks are hanging and sideshifting on a round bar (so-called pin-type) where the high-quality bearings are encapsulated and thus suitable for dirty environments.

The E-series Marine is specially reinforced to be the best option in harbour and fishing industry environments. The attachment is modified for long term resistance to the corrosive effects of salt water. The round bar, encapsulated bearings, support rollers, painted parts and other sensitive components are reinforced with special materials and coatings.
