Job Description
As Key Account Manager – Factories, you will be one of the company’s most vital team members. Your role will involve building, nurturing, and developing relationships with forklift manufacturers’ factories. You will manage contacts within their distribution networks across our export markets, and maintain connections with a select group of end customers. Your primary focus region will be Western Europe, especially Germany.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strengthening collaboration with existing customers and engaging with prospects
- Negotiate and execute agreements that align with our growth objectives
- Understanding customer needs and, in collaboration with Product Development and Design, offering products, adaptions and system solutions
Who are you?
- We value your personal qualities and hope you are motivated, curious, and self-driven, with a strong interest in sales, negotiation, and a good technical understanding
- It is an advantage if you have experience in the industry or related B2B areas
- Proficiency in English and German is required; additional languages are a plus
- You are willing and able to travel, have solid computer skills, and a driver’s license
