New player in Forklift clamps

Hagabergs Mekaniska AB is expanding its range in the Nordic-Baltic region. Now also offers a complete range of clamp attachments, rotators and more for industrial trucks and wheel loaders. The company becomes the exclusive distributor of products from the Spanish manufacturer Cebriá.

Hagabergs Mekaniska has signed an exclusivity agreement regarding the distribution of the Spanish manufacturer Cebriá’s products for the Nordic-Baltic region. The range consists of clamp attachments for paper rolls, pulp bales, appliances, cartons and rotators, multi-fork positioners, telescopic positioners, etcetera. With this expansion, Hagbergs will become a full-range supplier for industrial trucks and wheel loaders to the paper and pulp industry, appliance warehouses, recycling centers, breweries, foundries and more.

Cebriá is a Spanish family business founded in 1973, which essentially has a wide standard range and additionally designs and manufactures customized solutions.

Hagabergs and Cebriá have many common denominators as companies and in terms of the level of quality the products maintain. We are very much looking forward to offering our existing and new customers a wider range and effective solutions for the individual users, says Stefan Carlsson Pautt, CBDO.

Hagabergs and Bodins in merger

The two sister companies Hagabergs Mekaniska and O. Bodins Maskin is in the process of merging. Both companies manufacture fork positioners and will continue as Hagabergs Mekaniska offering its products under the brand name Hagaberg. The company will move to new premises in Askersund municipality during the second part of the year.

Major changes in the sister companies Hagabergs Mekaniska AB and O. Bodins Maskin AB will take place in 2021. A merger is in process and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of the year. The companies that manufacture similar product ranges will continue as Hagabergs Mekaniska and will market the products under the brand name Hagaberg.

-The merger will give us opportunities to achieve better resource utilization and higher efficiency in the production, says Stefan Carlsson Pautt, Business Development Manager.

The new head office and production facility in Askersund municipality will be ready after summer and the company will move gradually during the autumn.

-The merge will allow us to increase the capacity to design customized solutions as well as speed up the pace of innovation. In addition, a larger joint organization will also provide a higher service level for our customers, Stefan concludes.

New HQ and joint production site for the Hagaberg Group companies – Hagabergs Mekaniska and O. Bodins Maskin

Caladrius Holding AB, owner of Hagabergs Mekaniska AB and O. Bodins Maskin AB, has signed a letter of intent regarding the construction of a new industrial building in Askersund, Sweden. The new facility is scheduled to be ready in December 2020 and is another step in the expansion of the companies. This is a natural move as both companies operate in the same market segment and will benefit from the synergies as a result of having the production under the same roof.

Hagabergs becomes Hagaberg

Hagabergs Mekaniska AB gör en varumärkesjustering och lanserar en helt ny logotyp. ”S”:et i varumärket är borttaget och den nya logotypen är en enfärgad ordbild där ”H”:et har fått formen av ett par sammanfogade gafflar.

Företaget är inne i en spännande fas med uttalat önskemål om tillväxt på befintliga och nya marknader. För att stödja det arbetet har företaget gjort en varumärkesjustering, tagit fram en ny logotyp och en helt ny grafisk profil, säger Stefan Carlsson Pautt, affärsutvecklingschef.

Varumärkesjusteringen innebär att ”S”:et i Hagabergs försvinner och det nya varumärket är Hagaberg. Logotypen som kommer att användas är en enfärgad ordbild, där ”H”:et har fått formen av ett par sammanfogade gafflar.

Hagaberg vill också tydliggöra en payoff, sitt varumärkeslöfte till kunderna. ”RELIABILITY + INNOVATION” är kärnan i Hagabergs varumärke. Hagaberg står för pålitliga produkter och innovation inom sitt marknadsområde, fortsätter Stefan.

I kombination med det nya varumärket och logotypen lanseras även en ny hemsida. Företagets hemsida har dessutom fått ett nytt domännamn – www.hagaberg.com, säger Stefan avslutningsvis.
