Compensate for rugged terrain
Features
- Less damage to goods and pallets
- Protected cylinder
- Robust construction
- Easy to perform maintenance
- Integrated or Hook-on
Lift-Drop fork type LD is a fork pair one of which is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder to be able to compensate for rugged terrain, uneven weight distribution, or non-horizontally placed goods. The leveling function is also active while operating the truck. This makes the work safer and reduces the risk of damage to goods and pallets.
Our standard model LD-1 is a single-cylinder solution. The design provides maximum protection for the hydraulic cylinder, located on the rear of the fork back.
The Lift-Drop fork is most delivered in a system solution, together with one of our fork positioners. The suspension can be integrated as well as various types of hook-on.
Options
LD-2 is a two-cylinder solution that provides a lower overall height of the leveling fork. The total height of the fork back could be critical when operating indoors or in other environments with limited heights. The cylinders are located on the side of the fork back.
We also manufacture special forks with tailor-made suspension, other dimensions, and capacities. It is also common for the forks to have a thin tip and be fully tapered.
