Enhancing visibility through the mast not only improves workplace safety but can also make a decisive difference in the speed and efficiency of material handling. Where forklift productivity is a critical success factor, a free-view mast combined with a Hagaberg positioner can be the key advantage.

Free-view mast
Our specialty is delivering free-view masts with external cylinders. In some cases, however, we also install dual internal cylinders in the mast, which likewise improves visibility.
A good example is our conversions from “Duplex without free lift” to “Duplex with free lift and free-view.” Combined with our fork positioners and hose routing or hose reels to the attachment, this provides superior results in both visibility and performance.
Rerouting of hoses
In certain situations, there is also a need to reposition the hoses running through the mast. To meet this demand, we have developed a range of hose kits that make it possible to reroute the hoses.
Duplex with free view
Mast on a Hyundai 180D-9 rebuilt from a Duplex mast without free lift to a Duplex mast with free lift. New forks were also supplied.
Repositioned cross beam and hose reel
To improve visibility through the mast, the upper cross beam has been relocated to a higher position. The hose reel has also been mounted higher up.
