Hagaberg offers SmartFork® AGVready – integrated sensor technology built directly into the forks, specifically designed for the automated warehouse assistants. Combined with our fork positioners, we deliver a complete, installation-ready solution for AGV systems.
SmartFork® AGVready enables precise load detection and secure pick-up. The forks are mechanically processed for optimal sensor integration. Built robustly to withstand the most demanding applications, ensuring a long service life.
Certified according to ISO 2330, with strength verification and millimeter-accurate measurement of tip deflection under load.
Sensor – Distance sensors in the fork tips ensure safe handling of goods.
Coating – Obstacle detection in the fork tips and anti-slip coating.
Cable – Integrated cabling for power supply and data transfer inside the forks.
