SmartFork® EasySecure makes loading pallets even more intelligent, whether it is block bearing or high bearing. The light sensor mounted on the fork blade indicates the end of the pallet or facilitates the secure recognition of longitudinal or transversely stored Euro pallets. The end of a pallet or the space between two goods is securely identified and the danger of lifting the pallet next in a row is significantly reduced.
For flexible applications, SmartFork® EasySecure can be individually configured with up to three sensors. SmartFork® EasySecure is displayed on a separate terminal / LED display or in combination with SmartFork® camera on the camera monitor.
Technical data
- The minimum distance between different sensors is at least 100 mm
- The range of the sensor is max. 120 mm
- Wiring inside the fork
- All parts can be serviced/replaced
