Bodins Maskin is in\nthe process of merging. Both companies manufacture fork positioners and will\ncontinue as Hagabergs Mekaniska offering its products under the brand name\nHagaberg. Bodins Maskin AB will\ntake place in 2021. A merger is in process and is expected to be completed\nduring the first quarter of the year. The companies that manufacture similar product\nranges will continue as Hagabergs Mekaniska and will market the products under\nthe brand name Hagaberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-The merger\nwill give us opportunities to achieve better resource utilization and higher\nefficiency in the production, says Stefan Carlsson Pautt, Business Development\nManager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new head\noffice and production facility in Askersund municipality will be ready after\nsummer and the company will move gradually during the autumn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-The merge will allow us to increase the capacity to design customized solutions as well as speed up the pace of innovation.
