Claus brings with him over ten years of experience in the material handling industry, having started as Service Coordinator and from there stepped into roles as Workshop Manager, Product Manager and Area Sales Manager. \u201dAs Workshop Manager I gained a lot of experience into the technical side that has helped me in my work as Area Sales Manager. The role as Product Manager taught me to have a focus on details, specifications of the products and the customer\u2019s needs\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p>This combination of technical know-how and customer focus makes Claus a team member with a clear understanding of customer expectations and the ability to find the right solutions for different applications.<\/p>\n\n<p>I like the idea of working with a product where we, as a company and producers, listen to the customer\u2019s needs and aim to develop solutions that are not just standard, but something specialized,\u201d he explains.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"841\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hagaberg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/316A7608-edit3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16151 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hagaberg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/316A7608-edit3.jpg 841w, https:\/\/www.hagaberg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/316A7608-edit3-252x300.jpg 252w, https:\/\/www.hagaberg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/316A7608-edit3-768x913.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 841px) 100vw, 841px\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><p class=\"p1\">He also highlights high-end quality and best-in-class visibility of Hagaberg attachments as key product advantages.<\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"p1\">Some of you may already have had the pleasure of meeting Claus&#13;\nas he stepped into his role with great enthusiasm. \u201dI\u2019m looking forward to meeting all our customers \u2013 both new and existing. I hope to help them find the best solutions and not compromises\u201d, he adds.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>When he\u2019s not working to solve customers\u2019 challenges, Claus enjoys staying active. Last year, he completed his first full marathon in Copenhagen, following many half-marathons over the past 15 years. \u201dI hope to run a full marathon in one of the major European cities \u2013 or maybe even outside of Europe,\u201d he shares.
