General conditions for supply: <\/strong>Orgalime S 2012<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Addition to General conditions for supply<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Terms of delivery: <\/strong>FCA (Incoterms 2020)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Terms of payment: <\/strong>30 days net<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Price and price adjustments: <\/strong>The supplier reserves the right to change the agreed price with regard to cost changes due to exchange rate changes, government action, or unforeseen or significantly increased production or transport costs, which occurred after the agreement was entered into but before the delivery date.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If this leads to a price increase that exceeds 5 percent of the agreed price and the supplier demands such a price supplement, the purchaser has the right to terminate the agreement. Such cancellation must take place within a reasonable time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\nIf the supplier raises the price for a reason other than that stated above, the purchaser shall, if the supplier so requests, pay a corresponding price supplement. <\/p>\n In the above case, the purchaser is not entitled to any compensation due to the cancellation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\nHowever, the purchaser has the right to terminate the agreement within a reasonable time in such a case.\n
