The end user needed to switch between <strong>different types of handling<\/strong> &#8211; pallet handling as well as handling of goods on reels, such as sheet metal.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency in the workflow, Hagaberg delivered a complete system solution featuring an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hagaberg.com\/en\/products\/oqt\/\">OQT<\/a> automatic quick coupler, along with a fork positioner and a coil boom optimized for the customer&#8217;s specific applications.<\/p>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hagaberg.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/E4_OQT_attaching.jpg\" alt=\"Trucken l\u00e4mnar p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra sekunder av gaffelspridaren i f\u00f6rvaringsstativ \" height=\"1347\" width=\"2402\" title=\"E4_OQT_attaching\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t\t<figcaption>Trucken l\u00e4mnar p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra sekunder av gaffelspridaren i f\u00f6rvaringsstativ <\/figcaption>\n\t<\/figure>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tThe right configuration in the right combination\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Both hydraulic and mechanical attachments can be changed directly from inside the truck using OQT, here as part of a complete system solution for a Linde E-80 truck.<\/p>\n<p>The challenge in this project was to configure the optimal combination of quick coupler and attachments to match the truck&#8217;s capacity and the end user&#8217;s handling requirements within a fully compatible system.<\/p>\n<p>All Hagaberg fork adaptations and additional attachment functions are available with OQT integration. The OQT quick coupler can be equipped either with a third hydraulic function for direct connection or with an electrical connection for solenoid valve control.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Double pallet handling<\/h3>\n<p>For pallet handling, a Hagaberg E-series fork positioner (model E4-60, pin-type) was supplied. The positioner has side shifting and a lifting capacity of 5800 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Equipped with hydraulic KOOI\u00ae ReachForks, it further enhances the flexibility of the system. These durable telescopic forks allow the attachment to perform double pallet handling.<\/p>\n\t<h3 data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2188\">Precise solution for reel handling<\/h3>\n<p>The coil boom is the result of the Hagaberg\/Cebri\u00e1 partnership.
